Two friends went to the bazar to sell some mangoes. Each had 30 mangoes for sale. The first one sold his at 2 for Rs. 10 and the other at 3 for Rs. 10. When all mangoes were sold the former had made in all Rs. 150 and the latter Rs. 100 a total of Rs. 250.
The next day when they set out for the bazar, they decided to sell their mangoes together and sold all the sixty mangoes at the rate of 5 for Rs. 20 (2 for Rs. 10 + 3 for Rs. 10).
But when all the fruits were sold out, they surprisingly found that they had only Rs. 240 in all. They could not understand where the other Rs. 10 went and started accusing each other and began fighting.
Ratul, a student of class VI, was passing by and heard about the Rs. 10 mystery!! He came forward and clarified where was the missing money.
